CRYPTOGRAPHY UPGRADE

Genuine WebCrypto Cryptographic Standards

Eliminated all mock client-side credential storage and simulated signatures. The entire authentication stack now operates on W3C standard Web Cryptography APIs:

PBKDF2 Password Derivation: 100,000 iterations using SHA-256 with cryptographically random 16-byte salts per identity.
